Data deletion and updates

You have full control over your information in Memoryboard.

Update your information

You can update your profile details directly in the Memoryboard app:

Go to Settings → Profile Settings to edit your name and other account information.

Delete your account or request data deletion

If you’d like to delete your account or remove your data:

1. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Profile Settings, or

2. You can request full data deletion by emailing us at [email protected].

Once we verify your request, we’ll delete or update your information in accordance with our data-retention policies and all applicable privacy regulations.
