Tracking your order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm the details of your order, including your order number, what you purchased, billing details, and shipping details.

Once the order is ready to be shipped (typically 1-2 days after the order confirmation email), you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you click on the tracking number, you'll be taken to a page where you can track your package with the carrier (UPS, USPS, or Fedex).

Tracking information may not be immediately available after you receive the shipping confirmation email, as it will only be updated once the carrier has received the package.

Reminders

• If you checked out with your phone number instead of your email, you will receive a text message confirming your order with a link to a page that contains your order details.
