If you’re having trouble with the Memoryboard app, here are a few quick steps that resolve most issues:
1. Close and restart the app
Sometimes the app may freeze or crash in the background. Fully close it and reopen it to refresh the connection.
2. Check your internet connection
The app needs a stable internet connection to send updates, reminders, and photos. Make sure your phone has Wi-Fi or cellular data turned on.
3. Update the app to the latest version
New updates often fix bugs.
Search “Memoryboard” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
If you see an Update button, tap it
4. Reinstall the app (if needed)
If you’re still seeing issues, delete the app and reinstall it:
