Troubleshooting: Your Memoryboard is not receiving messagesUpdated a month ago

Memoryboard not receiving messages

When messages and photos are not displayed on Memoryboard, it is most often due to an issue with the WiFi connection. One way to confirm this is by checking the 'Status' field on the Activity screen in your app. 'Online' indicates your Memoryboard is connected to WiFi and receiving messages. When Status says 'Offline' (in red), it indicates your Memoryboard is no longer checking our servers to receive new updates, such as in a situation where it lost WiFi connection or became unplugged.

The first step to troubleshoot would be to unplug the Memoryboard, wait 5-10 seconds, and plug it back in. The Memoryboard will often reconnect to WiFi on its own after it reboots.

If that doesn't work, the second step would be to manually reconnect to the WiFi. On the Memoryboard, swipe down on the date/time, then tap the WiFi icon to open the WiFi page. From here, select your WiFi network and enter your WiFi password to reconnect.

If your Memoryboard continues to have issues receiving messages after you confirmed it has reconnected, we recommend reaching out to our support team to assist you further.
