System requirements for using Memoryboard

To use Memoryboard, you’ll need two things:

1. the Memoryboard device, and

2. the Memoryboard mobile app for caregivers.

Mobile app requirements

The Memoryboard caregiver app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• iPhone/iPad/Mac: Compatible with iOS 15.0 or later

• Android phones/tablets: Compatible with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later

These versions ensure the app runs smoothly and securely.

Memoryboard device requirements

Your Memoryboard device:

• Must stay plugged in to power (no battery or ability/need to charge the device)

• Must stay connected to a stable Wi-Fi network

• Runs on its own secure, closed operating system, which cannot be modified or externally installed with other apps

This setup keeps the device reliable for your loved one and ensures that reminders, photos, and updates arrive exactly when they should.

Other platforms

At this time:

• Memoryboard cannot be controlled through a web browser.

• A Windows, Mac, or Linux version of the app is not available.
