What do I do if my Memoryboard was impacted by a power surge?Updated 3 months ago
Power outages and network outages
Follow these steps if you experience a power surge and think your Memoryboard has been impacted:
- Power off your Memoryboard using the black power button located on the back of the Memoryboard
- Unplug the Memoryboard power cord from the back of your Memoryboard and wait 30 seconds
- Plug your Memoryboard back in
Your Memoryboard should power on and display the Memoryboard logo. Give your Memoryboard 2-3 minutes to fully restart. Memoryboard should automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi network following the restart.
